Low alloyed Mn-Ni-Mo type Electrode for high tensile steel Welding.

• Basic type electrode • Suitable preheat, interpass and PWHT is
• Mn-Ni-Mo type weld deposit necessary to achieve desired properties
• High resistance to cracking and cold toughness • Radiographic weld deposit
at temperatures as low as -50°C • Positional welding capability

WELDING POSITION : AC (70 OCV)/DCEP

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS :

• Welding of fully killed fine grained high tensile • Heavy structures under restraint
steels used for fabrication of penstock, earthmoving • Used for materials with minimum tensile
equipments strength of 690 MPa

REDRYING CONDITION : 250-300OC for minimum 1 hr. (Also available in vacuum packed condition)
