    responsive and socially inclusive elections, in partnership with election stakeholders

    that our stakeholders can seek effective redress for every violation of election right We provide professional, effective, efficient, gender-sensitive and socially
    inclusive service with the least possible inconvenience to all our election stakeholders.
    4. TRANSPARENCY We shall develop and publicize service delivery standards both as motivators to our
    workforce and as external yardsticks with which stakeholders cab assess our performance.
