    look for an asset aquired in 2008 n still had uselful life
    take note of the values. print screen or write them down.

    3. create a new multi level method maintain as follows

     validity from change over year


     base value 24 - netbook value
     tick remaining life

    assign the new multi level to the original dep key.

    test out the asset.

    this should change from the calculation from capitalisation to begining of


    life.

    issue could be which is the current year in AA you might need undo year
    end closing and esp fiscal year end since he wants it effected in 2009.
