ABSTRACT

This research work entitled “A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE TOWARDS


ORGANISATION CULTURE AT COVENANT CONSULTANTS”. To measure the
impact of employee attitude towards organizational culture the demographics variable such as
age, gender and education of employees in the organization determines the attitude of employee
towards the organisation culture. Hence the factors determining attitude, demographic
variables and the effect on organisation culture. The study reveals the employee attitude
towards organisation is based on the organisation culture. There is a clear indication that the
strategies of the organization with regard to employee plays a vital role in maintaining stable
organisation culture.

The Sample size of 120 employees has been chosen for the study from Covenant Consultants,
Chennai. The data used for the study was primary data collected through the help of
questionnaire filled by the samples. The data was evaluated with the help of statistical tools i.e.
Descriptive statistics, Anova, Regression analysis. The Findings of the research were showing
that there was a noticeable effect of the Talent Management which creates a huge impact on
the Employee Retention.
