    1.0 PROJECT INFORMATION


     Several information about the pond to be cleaned is as follows:
     Pond size : 6x6x6 m.
     Product : vegetable oil waste
     Sludge volume : 30 M3
     Plans Start : Saturday and Sunday. (Customer determine the date)
     Pond picture :

     ICS will provide a service as follows:


    o Sludge removal (by vacuum truck services)
    o Pond cleaning (by HPWJ)
    o Waste disposal handling

     Customer will support as follows:


    o Electric power
    o Water

    2.0 GENERAL
    2.1 All workers and personnel involve shall have a valid permission card and attended & passed
    a Fuji Oil safety Induction.
    2.2 Obtain valid permit to work and other required Certificate related for the works.
    2.3 All workers shall be equipped with appropriate PPE and must be put on during the work.
    2.4 Copy of Permit to Work (PTW) shall be displayed at work site at all-time throughout the
    work.

    3.0 MAIN EQUIPMENT LIST

    3.1 Vacuum truck


    3.2 High Pressure Water Jet machine 250 bar.
    3.3 Waste storage tank
    3.4 Standard PPE set (protection clothes and mask are necessary)

    4.0 SEQUENCE OF WORKS


    1. Empty remaining sludge by ICS vacuum truck.
    2. If necessary, while the vacuum truck start sucking, manpower stand by inside the pond to
    collect sludge to the suction of vacuum truck or regularly move the suction hose to meet the
    sludge.
    3. Transfer or dispose the sludge inside vacuum truck to waste storage tank.
    4. If the sludge is already empty, clean the pond surface by high pressure water jet 250 bar.
    5. Housekeeping.

    5.0 MANPOWER LOADING


    Foreman = 1 person
    Vacuum truck technician = 1 person
    Helper (confined space certificated) = 4 person
