COURSE OBJECTIVE :
To inculcate among the students the importance of spirituality, yoga and
procedures to manage stress and strain. To impart the knowledge of professional
and management skills.
COURSE OUTCOMES :
CO1 : The students will be able to manage stress and strain in their profession in
future.
CO2 : The students will have knowledge of introspection procedures, practical
considerations and guidelines for their living.

Internal Assessment = 25 Marks
Terminal Examination = 75 Marks
Total = 100 Marks

Internal Assessments will be based on Mid-Sem Tests (Two), Assignments


(Five) and Attendance as Institute Policy

Mid-Sem Tests will conducted as per the Instructions of the Principal


organized centrally
Assignments will be as follows:
Five Topics will be given for assignment
Each Assignment will be evaluated for 10 Marks
Assignments have to be submitted on the scheduled day

Terminal Examination will be conducted by the Controller of Examinations


with the following Question Paper Pattern
QP will have TWO Parts Part A and Part B
Part A will have 10 Questions each carrying 2 (TWO) Marks without
choice
Part B will have 1 Question without choice and 4 Questions of Either/Or
Pattern with or without sub-divisions, Each full question carrying 11
(Eleven) Marks

Scheme for Awarding Internal Marks:


First Mid Semester Test = 7 Marks
Second Mid Semester Test = 7 Marks
Assignment (5 Nos) = 5 Marks
Attendance * = 5 Marks
Total = 25 Marks

Marks for Attendance will be awarded as per the following norms:
