    Subject: Procedure for getting a Duplicate Demand Draft

    Dear Sir,

    We at our branch have stopped payment as per your instructions of Stop Payment
    against the demand draft. As per issuance of duplicate demand draft is concerned, you
    have to follow the procedure stated as under:

    1. Application to the concerned branch for issuance of duplicate DD.
    2. Application should accompany
    CNIC of the Applicant
    Date
    Old DD number
    Amount
    The person to whom it was favored
    Paying branch.

    After verifying the above information, the bank branch will issue you the duplicate DD
    against standard bank charges.
