Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Responsibility for efciency and business result of t he shop
Achieving planned sales targets
Communicat ion wit h potent ial and exist ing customers focused on presentat ion and sales of products and services
Successfully resolving customer issues
Daily, mont hly and annual report ing on target achievement and relevant issues to superiors
Planning and ordering materials stock
Responsible for management and development of employees
Be responsible for team spirit and team mot ivat ion
Trace team members career pat h and improve t heir knowledge and skills
Requirements:
In-dept h knowledge of all products and services and sets up shop operat ion according to company standard
Excellent MS Ofce skills
Fluent in English; written and spoken
Profile:
Strong customer and service orientat ion
Strong communicat ion and negot iat ion skills
Analyt ical t hinking and t he ability to translate strategy into act ion
Highly responsible and independent person
Passion for performance and t he mot ivat ion to go t he extra mile
