This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect and why, how data is classified and how you can delete it.

About Publigo

Publigo is an add-on for Google Sheets and Google Drive that:

This add-on is tightly integrated to your Google account and the data stored in the said account. When installing the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace, you will be prompted to authorize different accesses to your Google account. Those authorizations will only be used to perform the service you are requesting from the add-on you have installed.

To remove the add-on access to your Google account, you must uninstall the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace (see “User Account Deletion”).

Add-ons are created and powered by Google Apps Script, on Google servers.

Information gathered by Publigo will never be sold or shared to external people. When we need to store data outside of your Google account, we use Firebase, a serverless database developed by Google, so your data never leaves Google servers. We only store in Firebase data which is absolutely needed to provide our users the service offered by this add-on. Most data collected by our add-ons are directly processed within Google Apps Script and are not saved in any database for later reuse.

Our App's use of information received, and App's transfer of information to any other app received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.

User Account Deletion

By using Publigo, we only access data that is absolutely necessary for the add-on to run correctly.  If you wish to stop using our service, simply follow the steps below to uninstall Publigo from your Google account:

Uninstalling Publigo will interrupt all the add-on's functionality and activities on your Google account.

However, there is no automatic deletion of your user data in our database (Firebase). To get your data deleted, please send your request to [email protected] and we will proceed to the deletion within 30 days.

Data Storage

User Identification

▸Gmail address and username.
- To identify you as a Publigo user.


Mailing document / Email

▸Subject lines of your emails.
▸Mail draft content and format.

Files and their content

▸Identifiers of your Google Sheets file that contains your campaign sheet (spreadsheet & worksheet IDs).

▸Name of your worksheet.

- We don't make any copies of your spreadsheet data or store information on your recipients (email addresses, names, phone numbers etc.) on any database. Your campaign sheet data stays in your Google Sheets that solely belong to you.


Subscription data

▸Current plan details (Premium Individual or type of licenses).
▸Transaction handler (Paypal and Stripe subscription & transaction IDs).
▸The registered subscriber name of the person or organization.

- Publigo uses Paypal and Stripe as its secure & trusted payment gateway.

Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data

We store the minimum data with Publigo.


The data we store is all on a Firebase Realtime Database, which enables us to comply with the highest security standards.

Firebase is a Google Cloud Platform product that enables us to communicate securely and without account with a database.

Firebase is also an encrypted database that guarantees data security.

Access to data is restricted to Publigo staff, who are committed to guaranteeing the confidentiality of user data.

Retention time

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy relating to Publigo at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
