If you are an authorized agent submitting this request on behalf of a California consumer, please write this in the text field above. As an authorized agent, you must provide Polestar with a form signed by the consumer designating you as their authorized agent prior to submitting this request.

Processing of data submitted: We will use the identifiers you provide in order to process and fulfill your request as well as to communicate with you about your request. Where your request involves data that we previously shared or disclosed to third parties and requires those third parties to act or otherwise requires input (for example from the Polestar entity in your market), we will also share the identifiers you provide with those third parties so that they can also process and fulfill your request. We also use this information, on aggregated level to determine the number of requests, relevant countries, and request types to conduct internal benchmarking.
