Natalie Ehrman, MSW, LCSW

Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked with children, adolescents, and families in community mental health and school-based settings since 2009.  She received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Portland and her Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University and is a lifelong Oregonian, having grown up in Aloha, a suburb of Portland.  She specializes in working with youth and their families who experience challenges related to anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, Autism, Social interactions, and trauma.  She is also certified in working with families and youth who have been adopted and are or have been involved in the foster care system.  Natalie believes in building a collaborative and healthy therapeutic relationship to increase emotional growth and sustainable progress for youth and their families. Utilizing Collaborative Problem-Solving techniques allows the client to identify areas where they are struggling and work together to develop skills to overcome challenges and succeed.  Her therapeutic lens is strength-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed care. Natalie is a mother to twin 4-year-olds and enjoys time with her family outdoors in her time off.
