Before the restoration begins, you will receive a personalized diagnosis together with a detailed cost estimate, taking into consideration all your requests.

The restoration will then be performed by our master watchmakers in our historical manufacture at La Côte-Aux-Fées, in Switzerland. They will disassemble your watch, restoring faulty parts, replacing parts or even manufacturing the part if it can no longer be found. They have unparalleled skills and will respect the traditions of Swiss watchmaking.

To restore your dial to its original splendor, we undertake a series of meticulous operations. From the careful removal and cleaning of each index to the faithful reproduction of new ones if needed, every detail is addressed with precision. We also refine and redesign certains patterns, ensuring they reflect the original Piaget expertise. As the hard stone dial is a Piaget signature, we go as far as sourcing and expertly cutting new stone to perfectly match the spirit of your timepiece.

After the full disassembly of your watch and its movement, each component is cleaned, carefully checked, replaced if needed and reassembled. The service ends with a full check and inspection of your creation.

As guardian of our 150 years of history, we keep at heart to preserve as many original parts as possible. Nonetheless, your creation will have along the years, an history of its own. We may discover that some parts have an advanced wear and tear and must be replaced or have been modified by a non-authorised workshop. In that case, we will replace theses parts by Piaget parts according to the original design or will redesign according to the technical plan. If we no longer have this parts available, we will produce them specifically for your timepiece.

When a component is required, we prioritize its reproduction and initiate a meticulous in-house process. Our teams collaborate closely to assess the need, create or refine technical plans, and establish a precise manufacturing plan. Throughout this process, we ensure that each component meets Piaget's high-quality standards. Once produced, the part undergoes rigorous quality control, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence before its delivered.
