They don’t call it “Sweet Home Chicago” for nothing! I LOVED being back in my home city for #Agentforce World Tour Chicago. I got to see friends from the #SalesforceEcosystem at the year end holiday party. Thanks to the Chicago User Groups for having me! The room was packed with networking opportunities, hugs from old friends, good times, and good cookies! The next day, #AgentforceTour, was full to the brim with AI, Data Cloud, and hands-on-learning. I had a great crowd for “Best Practices for Salesforce Administration”, it’s so encouraging to see all the interest in a role that I love. I spoke with managers who were new to Salesforce, who were looking to hire their first admin. I told them, yes there will always be projects to complete and goals to meet, but you have to give your #AwesomeAdmin time and space to perform their core responsibilities on top of their other duties. (Check out the Essential Habits for Salesforce Admins badge on Trailhead to learn more). I also got to speak with new admins who are looking to be pointed in the right direction. To which I say, network and get involved with your user groups! Leverage resources like the Salesforce Admins website! I had a great time and to top it all off, it snowed!
