InterVision Systems is winning AI deals thanks to tight partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cisco, as the MSP weaves AI and intelligent automation into nearly everything it does. “We’re working with the best AI builders, building the best tools, the best automation, with AWS embracing partners like InterVision to really complete a successful customer outcome,” InterVision President and CEO Jonathan Lerner said. Logicalis said today that it has become the first global technology service provider to bring Cisco’s XDR (extended detection and response) technology to market as a managed service. Arron Marchese, LogicalisUS’ senior director of architecture and who works with principal security architects in Logicalis US’ hybrid cloud practice, told CRN his company has developed what he calls an “intelligent security blueprint.”

Enterprise storage technology developer Infinidat has unveiled a new service it will provide to help customers prepare their data for use with GenAI. Infinidat’s new retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflow deployment architecture is aimed at helping users of the company’s InfiniBox and InfiniBox SSA enterprise storage systems to use them to optimize data for output to AI models, Eric Herzog, Infinidat’s chief marketing officer, said. Updates to Red Hat #OpenShift, OpenShift AI, Edge Device and Developer Hub should offer partners more ways to do business with customers, executives with the open source tools vendor and IBM subsidiary told CRN.
