Tap your strongest advocates - your employees - to enhance your reputation

Indeed! Last summer I had a round table discuss with several generational representations from all verticals of a business. The core subject at hand was the people of the org vs the tools of the org. It took more than an hour for some to understand that you cannot operate tools without people! Which is why people are the main focus/asset any company. I could not believe that needed to be debated. And THEN we had to explain why employee perception of the company, of co-workers and of themselves play an integral role. Thanks for the reminder Shari!!
