8moMarc, something that I have seen over the years that is not always considered - unattainable quotas. These can lead to poor performance, and the culture within the organisation is so important to be able manage this dilemma for sales professionals. I think has quite a part to play in performance. So being able to manage this factor is important .............and especially with folks who are new to an organisation it can be very challenging to resolve this. I have never met a sales person who did not want to succeed!
