Recruiters - Celebrate What you DO!

On the 4th of July we celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence which states we all have inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Every day you help other people find employment, that allows them to improve their Life, experience Liberty and Pursue Happiness. You juggle priorities simultaneously, and often there's no time to step back and realize how much you improve the lives of others.

Recruiting and Talent Acquisition is a "calling" not a "Profession." You were called to help individuals enhance their careers and help companies attract the best talent so they can also grow and prosper.

Next to good health, money has the greatest impact on a person's life. With money people have choices, without it they don't. You help people earn what they are worth and impact not only them, but the people they love.

Recruiting is not brain surgery, but it's also not an easy career. You have people on both sides of your process and you often experience rejection and frustrations. However, there's no better feeling than to extend an offer to someone, who is thrilled to accept your offer.

We work in one of the most rewarding Professions and will be needed more than ever as the competition for Top Talent continues to escalate. This holiday season, celebrate our country's Independence, but also celebrate what you do each and every day of your life.

Excellent piece Barbara Bruno, CPC, CTS. #Recruiters don't know their value of how transform the business in and out. Generally, they are considered as Tele-callers without Business Acumen. In this AI disrupted era, people should realize their potential by doing SWOT Analysis and exhibit their talents for social upliftment. Kudos! :) Check out the famous image of a day in Recruiter's life:
