I had a great conversation with my friend Chris Baker, CFRE on persuasiveness.

The ability to persuade is a skill that we should all value for one reason or another and it plays a special role in successful negotiations.

That said, how do you effectively engage or persuade somebody who lacks interest or buy-in around your business or organization?

As the President and CEO of the Delaware County Foundation, Chris is tasked with securing support for community issues that are invisible to most.

In this episode, he shares his most effective strategies for persuasive communication that is also inclusive and collaborative. This is a great episode for all listeners, but especially those working in public service, advocacy or in the nonprofit sector.

I was so impressed with how powerful and subtle his approaches were and so I’m super excited to share them with you and get your feedback.
