Equity recognises that each person has different circumstances and allocates exactly the resources and opportunities needed to achieve an equal outcome! 

So, "Equity is not just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have!"

You are a woman and you can achieve anything!

Remember, 'an equal world is an enabled world'!

With this in mind, today is all about raising awareness and celebrating the 'wins' of our female colleagues, starting with a special quote from our CEO and Founder, Rachael Manning:

"We all have skills that are unique. Let’s not divide based on gender but create all opportunities for a better future. Happy Women's Day 2023 from the Manning Global team!"

MG's Marketing Support Aneta Madžarević has these words of wisdom to share: "In today's world, there is no more women's work and men's work, because women can also do men's work and much more. We have this power within ourselves! Let's enjoy this day, because we deserve it!"

International Women's day is also a time to Break The Bias, as Manning Global's Talent Support, iulia M. Viorel (pictured right) explains: "The banner I'm holding says 'I don't dress for you' and my sister's says 'I don't wanna be brave, I wanna be free.' I hope one day feminism will no longer exist because we won't need it anymore!"

MG's Talent Acquisition Manager Shreela Rajnish (left of image) has one simple message to spread on Women's Day: "The most important thing one woman can do for another is expand her sense of actual possibilities!" 

Here's an empowering message from our Senior Business Manager Priyanka Rastogi (right of image): "Keep shining on International Women's Day 2023! As G.D.
