1. Click on Sub-Account "Settings" Tab

2. Within the "Business Profile" tab, scroll down

Click on Missed Call Text Back modal and make any changes here you wish

Gohighlevel enabled the feature by default the feature for new sub-accounts created after August 16th, 2021. so you basically just want to customize the messaging

But as you can imagine it's way better to setup an advanced automation for your missed call text back because;

1. as long as the prospective customer keeps trying the number they keep getting the same message all over.

2. peradventure you have leads in your pipeline and they call, they also get the same message the new lead gets

3. you want to customize the message for contacts you can personalize
