Today, let’s meet Archana Raja - Market Research Executive.

Q1: A few lines about what it's like to work here at Resulticks and your experience so far.

Resulticks is a great place to work, offering an open environment that encourages learning and skill development. It values a healthy work-life balance for all employees. With five years of experience in market research, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and feel supported and motivated to contribute my best every day.

Q2: What would you say is your greatest achievement in your career so far?

One of my achievements in my career so far has been successfully generating a significant number of high-quality prospecting lists for our sales team.

Q3: What’s the coolest or most interesting thing you’re working on right now?

The coolest thing I'm working on right now is the opportunity to explore our products and, excel reports, while also being client-facing and solving their unique challenges.

Q4: What’s something about yourself that would surprise people?

I'm really shy when meeting new people, even though I enjoy helping others.

Q5: What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

Take action without overthinking whether something is good or bad. If it turns out to be good, keep going; if it's bad, learn from it and make improvements.

Q6: If you could meet anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? And why?

It would be my grandpa. I would love to hear his stories and learn from his life experiences.

Q7: What is the one thing you feel everyone should learn? And why?

Empathy helps people feel heard and valued, which is why it’s so important in all areas of life.

Q8: Whose opinion do you value most on earth?

I value my brother's opinion the most because he has always been there for me. For example, his advice during my college choices helped me decide my career path.

Kind, Supportive, and Quick Learner.

Q10: What motivates you to work hard?

I believe that hard work leads to personal growth and new opportunities
