DLC Brokers for Life does it again...

Wow 2017 who would have thought it would ever arrive, 2016 was one of the strangest years in Alberta history and one that brought a lot of changes yet again to the mortgage industry. Through it all the team at DLC Brokers for Life worked hard and held there ground where they could and you know what we came through it down only 12% in over all business. Quite frankly had Fort McMurray not been hit hard by one of Canada's biggest natural disasters I don't think we would have been down at all. I've talked with brokers throughout Western Canada and the numbers are as big as 50% down in business for 2016.

So in 2017 we are growing again but this time in a little different way. This week we rolled out the second Insureline Home and Auto insurance franchise in Alberta. So not only are we now able to offer our clients a choice of lenders but we are also able to offer them a choice of insurance companies, combine that with our preferred realtor partners and lawyers and we have something special to offer . Our team is also about to grow over the next year as we continue to search out and bring on board new agents who understand the quality we are looking for in them. Those who also understand our thinking that we do offer real life mortgage and now insurance solutions.
