I also introduced a new concept that I called: "Customer Blind Spot(s)"
As the Entrepreneur or Business Owner, you must now seek to understand what might be sitting in your ideal customer's Blindspot because:-
If you create a solution for a problem that people don't know they have... you will find it very difficult to convince them to buy it!
However, when you engineer around desire your customers will track you down because they want what you have created.
Selling is easy when you do several things well. Selling is extremely difficult if you don't!
When desire is high customers would have to fight their own will to not buy into your product.
