Copy My Seller Call Strategy
Hey,
Let me clear up a big misconception.
Many investors seem to think the purpose of a seller call is to SELL them a deal.
No, no, no amigo/amiga.
The purpose of a seller call is to SERVE them.
Let me explain.
People do deals with people they know, like and trust.
If you lead with a close, chances are you’ve just screwed up the deal.
But…
…if you build rapport, find out as much about them and their situation as you can, and then make recommendations in THEIR best interest…
…even if it means initially pulling back from doing a deal…
…you increase your chances of the deal coming to you.
Why?
Because you have served them first.
Your rating on the Know-Like-Trust-meter just put you to the top of their list of options.
So when I am on a seller call here is my three step strategy:
Step 1 - Make friends with them.
Step 2 - Understand their situation.
Step 3 - Give advice that will benefit THEM the most.
Now because I use creative finance and my goal is to give them their number but on my terms…
…and do the deal quickly and painlessly…
…many if not most of my calls end in deals BECAUSE my opening position is to SERVE them first.

1yWhen meeting w/ a seller in person i use "FORM" in order to build rapport I Talk about 1) Family first 2) Occupation (what they do) 3) Recreation (what hobbies they have) 4) Money (talk about the deal… In today's market use creative finance strategies🔥💸🚀! I heard about this framework eight years ago in some podcast and I don't remember who it was… If anybody knows, please let me know🙏 i heard this framework from another investor in a podcast 7 years ago - if anyone who that was, pls let me know)
