In case you missed it...
We just held a webinar this week with Nick Thompson, Editor-in-Chief of WIRED, which I've included above in case you missed it. During our CEO's chat with Nick, they explored what 2021 and the future could look like and talk about predictions of what's likely to be important going forward.
If you like what you're hearing, make sure to come to our free Day 1 of Future Festival (or bring a team and hop on for the full 3 days!). We have Nick Thompson coming back for a talk called the "Optimistic Technologist" and we'll also be joined by Stephanie Mehta, Editor-in-Chief of Fast Company who will be diving into 7 Ways to Work Faster -- valuable in our new work-from-home situations.
Aside from our guest speakers, we'll be sharing some of the latest insights from Trend Hunter's database of over 3 billion views on the new leisure rules, marketing in times of chaos and how to be retail resilient. I'll personally be diving into how consumer behavior has changed and sharing some case studies from some of our favorite client brands such as Adidas, LEGO, Diageo and NIKE on how they are looking at 2020 as a catalyst for change. I'll also be diving into some lesser-known brands and how they've made winning plays including Starface, Wanda and Toronto's own Pop-Up Chapel.
As the saying goes, "There are years were nothing happens and there are weeks where years happen." 2020 definitely falls into the latter category. While there are so many changes and challenges occurring in our world, I'm excited to talk about the opportunities presenting themselves at Future Festival next week. Hope to see you there!
