Candidate A is an Epic Certified Senior HB Analyst with 9 years of experience in Epic Resolute HB workflow design, application/build configuration, and support. Her expertise includes:

  • Epic Certifications: in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing, Single Billing Office, Home Health Billing, Hospice Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration, and Hospital Billing Curriculum

  • Reimbursement Contracts, Charge Review and Claim Edit Work-queue, Retro-adjudication, Credit, Collections and Follow-up Profile, Remittance Options, and ICD 10

  • Build Claims, as well as Remittance and Interface charge setup and Maintenance

Candidate C is a Senior Epic HIM Analyst with 12+ years’ experience in supporting all phases of the SDLC. She holds multiple certifications and experience with third-party systems. Her expertise includes:

  • Planning, design, development, build, configuration, testing, training, production, and maintenance support

  • Integration and interface functional build, testing and upgrade support for Ancillary systems. 3M360/CAC, 3M-CDI, 3M-Scanning, Nuance-Dragon, MMODAL-Fluency, Iron Mountain - ROI/Document Storage, and CDI-ChartWise

  • 2 full 3M360/CAC installs with Epic, and backend supported d of 3M360 during upgrades and maintained the Epic Interface error workqueues.

  • Designing, building new departments, and managing the related Cadence/Prelude tasks, and assisting with Decision Tree implementation.

  • Managed SER department configuration for clinical providers utilizing templates/schedules or “change provider” routine within Ambulatory.

  • Performed complex build for a 6-hospital healthcare organization, including Cadence build for simple and complex departments with patient level blocks for share visit types, rules-based questionnaires, category list, modifiers, pools, panels, visit type restrictions, specialty restrictions and letters.

  • Lead for all reporting development – RWB, Radar, SlicerDicer, Caboodle

  • In charge of creating chronic disease registries for PN and lead efforts to combine registries for HP and PN into one environment

  • Creates auto and manual SQL metrics to allow for more complex data structures to be visible on dashboards.

  • Admin for managing Reporting Workbench, Radar, Analytics, Clarity, and Cogito security classes.

  • Develops and executes ETL processes for Clarity and Caboodle

  • Spearheaded the development and deployment of Cogito SQL reporting workbench reports as a part of decommissioning Crystal.

  • 8 Epic Certifications in Epic MyChart, Ambulatory, Order Transmittal, EpicCare Inpatient Orders, Security, Willow Inpatient, and Radiant

  • MyChart build experience: Build preference lists, user/EMP records, provider/SER records, security class, user templates and profiles.

  • MyChart Video Visit implementation, Build MyChart FAQ pages, Cures Act MyChart build, and MyChart Homepage build.

  • Experience with the Design and Implementation of MyChart

Candidate I is an Epic Certified Bridges Analyst with over 12 years of HCIT experience. She has a total of 6 years of build experience as an Epic Certified Analyst. Her expertise includes:

  • 3 years of build experience as an Epic Bridges Analyst and 3 years of build experience as an Epic ADT/Prelude Analyst

  • Develops, tests, and deploys new interfaces to satisfy defined requirements.

  • New interface build including Scheduling (SIU), Immunization administration, and bi-directional query for state reporting.

  • Interface Workqueue maintenance and error resolution

  • Worked closely with Rhapsody and Health Connect developers.
