Leila Bartlam is the Chief Production Officer and has had a long career across some of the big names in creative agencies and advertising, including Iris, TBWA, Havas, Adam&Eve, and BBH London, before joining Accenture Song. She has won numerous awards from D&AD, British Arrows, Creative Circle, and Campaign Bigs.

But it hasn't and doesn't always feel that easy. Diagnosed with Autism in July 2023, she is no stranger to managing her career and interacting with the world from behind a neurotypical mask.

Join us for this online talk and live chat as we openly discuss our experience of being neurodivergent and how Leila is leading with vulnerability and building inclusive teams that work for everyone.

We had 11 hours of talks with some very inspirational people. Topics included 'Building your Career Network, Support System and Breaking into VFX', 'Women in Senior Roles', and 'Financial Literacy'.

In late February, we hosted our most recent in-person event in London, focusing on the theme of Future and Transferable Skills.
