Use tools like LinkedIn’s Bookmarks or Sales Navigator to organize your contacts. I've been using a tool called Aware, which lets me create multiple lists for easy engagement.

3. Commit to Daily Engagement:

Spend time each day to comment on posts from people in your lists. Aim for 30-50 meaningful comments daily.

4. Build Connections:

Watch for positive reactions to your comments. Use these as chances to connect with new professionals, especially those not already in your network.

5. Start Conversations with Purpose:

When you connect with new people, use the Y-C-M-S framework to begin engaging conversations. This helps build strong relationships right from the start.

6. Make a No-Risk Offer:

Once you’ve established trust, introduce an offer that requires low commitment, like a free consultation call, signing up for a newsletter, or trying an introductory product. This is a great way to turn online interactions into real value.

  • Add LinkedIn accounts to my lists, including peers, prospects, clients, and colleagues.

  • Collect all comments from these lists into a single, live-updated feed.

  • Comment 30-50 times in less than 45 minutes, keeping my comments concise and impactful.
