I like signing on direct competitors. It’s good for them. And it’s good for us 👍 Many service providers don’t work with competitors because of a conflict of interest. I think 3PLs are one of the few businesses where everyone wins if you work with several competitors 🤝 Competitors win ✅ Use a 3PL that’s already used to working with ‘your’ style products ✅ More volume means they can get lower rates from couriers 3PLs win ✅ Easier to sign more clients in that industry ✅ Streamline order fulfilment and kitting processes (Of course this only works if you sign solid NDAs and have complete confidentiality.) Almost every time when prospective brands ask us for references they ask if we work with other brands in their industry. I’ve always viewed it as a positive for both us and them ➕ I wonder if other Fulfilment Centers feel the same way? #competition #fulfilment #ecommerce
