NEW ARTICLE 📢 ZeroW: Fighting Food Waste During the Holidays – and Beyond! The holiday season brings joy and celebration but also peaks in food waste. In Denmark alone, households discard 247,000 tons of food annually, with a significant portion wasted during Christmas due to overbuying and overproduction. ZeroW, part of the EU’s goal to halve food waste by 2030, collaborates with 42 partners to develop innovative solutions.
