🌍 A Breakfast with a Purpose 🌿 This morning, the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in GB and gunnercooke hosted a thought-provoking event focused on nature-based solutions in finance, shedding light on the strategic challenges facing this emerging market. We were privileged to engage in insightful discussions with Alex Comninos from NatureHub Brasil , Pedro Soares of Hartree Partners, and Henry Waite of KUMO. Their expertise illuminated the multifaceted path to achieving net-zero targets. Key takeaways: Achieving #netzero is not just about international pledges in the public and private sectors. It requires a concentrated effort to ensure #sustainable and #renewable #regeneration. Local communities must benefit from global #investments to foster a future of mutual success. Financial lending, #tokenization, and trading structures should support these projects, while #science and #technology innovations must be on the ground to create environments conducive to #regrowth and #biodiversity.
