Hi Y'all thought that I would provide a little lite reading for your Easter break. We have developed an AWP white paper based on a selection of 65 projects that we have been involved with over the last 10 years. These are projects where we collected tool time data (>200,000 observations) and conducted process assessments with the CII AWP Scorecard (>1000 interviews). We have plotted the data and as you can imagine it shows that there is a significant positive impact on construction productivity, and for the first time we can measure how much impact it has, averaged across all projects. I’m sharing this with you just so that you have some reference data, when you are asked about how much AWP costs and what the ROI is. It works out to be about a 1000% return on investment, plus all the other benefits that you already know. Looking forward to your comments.
