𝙄𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮 𝙖 𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝, 𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨?🌱 In the digital age, marketing and technology must have a seat at the strategic table. The decisions we make today plant seeds for future growth. 🌳 Recently, I worked with a retail client to develop an Agile Strategic Framework for the business and engaged their 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 and 𝙄𝙏 departments to align their roadmaps with the business vision and growth customer segments. We involved the experts because they know what needs to be invested in now to deliver impact in 12 months. 🤝 Like a farmer sowing seeds, we must nurture these initiatives patiently, knowing that the fruits of our labor may take 1-2 years to deliver. Building a brand strategy or technology platform takes time and requires buy-in and support from the board and executive team. 🌿🌾 Operating in silos is counterproductive. Marketers and technology teams need visibility and input into the strategic plan. Collaboration and alignment allow us to influence decisions that shape future growth. Without synergy, we risk doing things without understanding which actions truly make a difference. 🤝🔄 The most promising initiatives often get delayed without a collaborative effort. It can take a year or more to convince someone who doesn't fully grasp marketing or technology to invest in a new strategy. 🕰️ By aligning efforts, sharing insights, and making informed decisions based on future impact, we can cultivate a thriving ecosystem that benefits customers and drives sustainable growth. 🌳🌿 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙨, 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨'𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚? 🌱🔍 #agilestrategicframework #collaboration #strategy #growth #teamhuman #marketing #IT

I'm seeing a disturbing trend lately: Thought leadership can be attained by consuming content and posting consistently. Sorry, that’s not it. Time to sprinkle some truth seasoning - → Content can be a vehicle for thought leadership, but YOU are the driver. → True thought leaders are knee-deep in their field, experimenting with the vigor of a mad scientist on espresso. → They're not afraid to fail because that's the precursor to groundbreaking success. → Thought leadership isn't about consistency. It's messy, it's rare, and it certainly can't be automated or simply outsourced. So, what's a small business owner to do? → Stop trying to be a thought leader in EVERYTHING. → Pick your battles. → Share your real experiences, failures, → And unconventional ideas. → Engage with your industry. → Challenge norms. Ruffle some feathers. If anyone could write your content, it probably should be written by no one. Let's face it, the world doesn’t need more noise. It needs more voices with something original to say. --- Inspired by Jason Patterson's article on Thought Leadership Link in the comments. --- ♻️ REPOST if this helped or inspired 🔔 Follow me Amit Suvarna for more 🌟 Want to get your B2B Marketing & Lead Gen right, let's talk 😊

https://lnkd.in/d5zMtHqS. 10 Tips for disruptors🚀: “If you can convince yourself, it will not be hard to convince others.” In other words: If you believe, they will too💯) —————————————————————- 1. Aim to disrupt and be bold about it. (Be the “purple cow”🟣🐮) 2. If that makes you unpopular with some people, don’t let it get to you. (It doesn’t matter—impact matters more🙂) 3. Show belief and resolve and remain confident in your plans. (Confidence—#delayedGratification ; geniuses 🧠 are recognized to be great years/decades later #patience ) 4. Always think like the consumer, not like an executive; act as the chief customer officer. 5. Give people a simple, clear storyline; the better you tell your narrative to different stakeholders, the more you convince and engage. (Share your story!🗣️) 6. Focus on impact, not activity; carry a commercial mindset everywhere you go. 7. Be curious, have an open mind; try new things and share ideas. (World travel helps!🌍🛫) 8. Take nothing personally and learn from your mistakes. Ego and politics do not add value; they merely make people unhappy and frustrated. 9. Create an atmosphere where creativity and entrepreneurship can flourish. 10. Go out, learn and have fun! Miserable people deliver miserable results. ——————————————————————— If we never challenge the #statusQuo , then how do we grow as a species?🤷🏾♂️ #disruptors 🧠🤔💥🙂 #brave #courageous #confident

"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value." – Albert Einstein We often chase numbers and accolades, but real success is about adding value. When you share your insights, experiences, and knowledge, you naturally build trust and connect with your audience on a deeper level. If you're an executive aiming to establish personal branding and attract more clients, your key strategy is to be active on LinkedIn and share value. Great content ticks all three of these boxes: 1. Your Unique Expertise & Future view - your journey, your wins, and your lessons learned 2. Your audience's pain points and challenges 3. Your passion - it’s what makes the content authentic I help my clients build trust directly on LinkedIn, from profiles to thought-leading content. The outcome? Your "first" meetings become connections with leads and stakeholders who already trust your expertise and vision. I'm opening up space for two new Personal Branding clients in September. The Power of Personal Brands in Driving Sales In today's competitive industry, personal brands play an important role in boosting sales. But what's the key to the huge firms that make it look so simple? When we look at businesses that have been established for more than 100 years, we see a consistent theme: mechanisms that have kept them relevant throughout time. These successful businesses did not rely just on their products or services. They developed robust, adaptive systems that allowed them to change in response to changing circumstances and client demands. Here are a few lessons we can learn from them: 1. Consistency: maintaining a consistent brand message and quality across all social channels. That consistency will give your brand a voice that makes it easier for prospective clients to reach out to you. 2. Innovation: embracing new technologies and trends while staying true to core values. Choosing to be left behind is always a costly affair. Look at it in terms of the current rush for AI takeover and the way that other businesses utilize the technology to automate and improve response times via chatbots. 3. Strong leadership: cultivating visionary leaders who drive the brand forward. Choosing the right leader to run your organization can influence profits because they act upon the systems in place. 4. Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding and anticipating customer needs and feedback. Always look into the comment sections of your videos or blog posts. That is where you get relevant insight into how your customers react to the services or products you offer. #DigitalMarketing #SocialMediaMarketing #SEO #ContentStrategy #LinkedInMarketing

🚧 The biggest blockade of B2B Thought Leadership? 🚧 It's not marketing, I can tell you. It's something different. -- I see it again and again. In business after business. Corporation after corporation. 🤡 "The Thought Leadership Failure", I call it. When Marketing really wants to push thought leadership. And are lucky enough to get it on next year's budget. Thus create an "Insights" space on the website. 🏗️ Everything is set. Now it crumbles. "We need more product focus here", it begins. "Let's show our Pump325 in the video", it continues. "I think that's a little too bold to put out in public. Delete!". 🏚️ It crumbled. The Thought Leadership Failure is not a marketing failure. It's not because of lacking content skills og ressources. It's not because of low marketing ambitions. 🤔 On the contrary. It's mistaking Thought Leadership as a marketing strategy. It's thinking that thought leadership is videos and SoMe posts. Because it's not! 📈 True Thought Leadership is a business strategy. Rooted in a wish for market position. In a wish to attrack the best employees. A wish to own the industry. Be the industry. ONLY Thought Leadership as your business strategy will succeed. IF NOT, Marketing can struggle and fight, but eventually, inevitably fail. So there you have it. The Thought Leadership Fail. #thoughtleadership
