The decisions we make today plant seeds for future growth. 🌳 Recently, I worked with a retail client to develop an Agile Strategic Framework for the business and engaged their 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 and 𝙄𝙏 departments to align their roadmaps with the business vision and growth customer segments. We involved the experts because they know what needs to be invested in now to deliver impact in 12 months. 🤝 Like a farmer sowing seeds, we must nurture these initiatives patiently, knowing that the fruits of our labor may take 1-2 years to deliver. Building a brand strategy or technology platform takes time and requires buy-in and support from the board and executive team. 🌿🌾 Operating in silos is counterproductive. Marketers and technology teams need visibility and input into the strategic plan. Collaboration and alignment allow us to influence decisions that shape future growth. Without synergy, we risk doing things without understanding which actions truly make a difference. 🤝🔄 The most promising initiatives often get delayed without a collaborative effort. It can take a year or more to convince someone who doesn't fully grasp marketing or technology to invest in a new strategy. 🕰️ By aligning efforts, sharing insights, and making informed decisions based on future impact, we can cultivate a thriving ecosystem that benefits customers and drives sustainable growth. 🌳🌿 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙨, 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨'𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚? 🌱🔍 #agilestrategicframework #collaboration #strategy #growth #teamhuman #marketing #IT
