🍏 Here's why you need to step away from comparisons... 🍊 Your business is unique, and so are your goals. Whether your target is based on Return on Ad Spend, Cost Per Acquisition or Cost Per Lead, your guess of what others are achieving isn't that helpful. Can you see inside their accounts? If not, you really can't know how well things are going for your competitors so you're using your best guess - which probably isn't even close. And even if you could see their data, it doesn't really matter, as long as you are getting good results by your own measure. So many factors impact how you define ad success, including profit margins and customer lifetime value - these are specific to your business and should determine the targets you set. Be data-driven and get super clear on what success looks like for YOU. And don’t be afraid to move the goalposts as your account evolves. No target should be set in stone.
