Accelerating the development and deployment of a new generation of nuclear power plants is key to achieving climate goals and realizing the potential of AI!

I have a clean nuclear fusion reactor design, which is better than TerraPower's natrium fission reactor that will leave behind plenty of fission byproducts. The natrium fission reactor after its useful lifespan will simply be left to decay for eons with plenty of fission byproducts. So, I am trying to convince Bill Gates and others to consider my clean fusion reactor design. It will be rather carbon free and with only very low irradiated radioactive byproducts. My design is unique. It is not of the currently expensive plasma and laser nuclear fusion reactors. It is rather cheap to build and maintain and has never been shown to anybody. I am hoping that Bill Gates will take a look at my design under a confidential disclosure agreement. The natrium fission reactor that they have started building will be a disaster. I hope Bill Gates will consider my offer. I am hoping he will do the right thing of taking a look at my design. Senate has passed 88 to 2 a sweeping bipartisan bill that includes a lot of incentives for nuclear energy. The Accelerating Deployment of Versatile, Advanced Nuclear for Clean Energy (ADVANCE) Act will change the mission of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) adding the task of promoting nuclear energy here and internationally. It also streamlines the application and regulatory process for new reactors and removes all the obstacles unrelated to safety. It also includes financial awards for the first companies to upcycle recycled nuclear waste.

"The more common objections to nuclear power have already been answered. Nuclear waste, for instance, can be stored safely in dry casks on the plant grounds. And the concern that more nuclear power could risk the proliferation of nuclear weapons only highlights the need for the United States to remain more involved in nuclear energy. The aspiration must be for the United States, not its adversaries, to lead the world on this technology." Couldn't agree more with Rob Gebelhoff of The Washington Post, who wrote about recent bipartisan action in the Senate to support deployment of carbon free #nuclear energy.
