Imagine sitting down with the most influential figures from entertainment, sports, the corporate world, personal development, and beyond. From Australia to the heights of Hollywood, across the cultures of Asia and further afield, I’ve had the incredible honor of hearing their truths and uncovering the stories behind their professions! Coming up to six years in September, I’ve been privileged to engage in some incredible conversations with some of the world's biggest names. These are individuals who have not only excelled in their fields but have also inspired millions with their own journeys. Whether it's a Hollywood A-lister, a sports icon, a corporate leader or a personal development guru, each story is a testament to the human spirit. It's absplitely awesome to delve into the lives of these remarkable individuals, to listen to their stories of triumph and tribulation, and to be able share these stories with an international audience to make a difference. The recognition I’ve also received from management teams around the world is a testament to the value and impact of these conversations. It's humbling to consistently now have talent managers and agents reach out, eager to feature their clients on MY show due to the reach and impact that has been seen. Constantly fuels my passion and commitment to continue bringing forth stories that resonate, inspire, and empower and now help others be able to share their stories, get up on our international stage to speak and be a part of our upcoming film !! Let me tell you, if you have a feeling to go and do something in this world - go do it !!!! glennmarsden.com #imperfectlyperfectcampaign #podcast #sponsor #publicrelations #leadership #personaldevelopment #marketing

Time is the one resource we can’t get back, and in a world that’s constantly shifting, waiting until you need a personal brand is not just risky—it’s a missed opportunity. The mistake many people make is treating personal branding as something they’ll work on later, when they’re facing a career pivot, a job search, or the launch of a new venture. But if you’re waiting until you’re in crisis mode to start building your personal brand, you’re already behind. In today’s unpredictable world, you can’t afford to wait. The leaders who thrive are the ones who invest in their personal brand before they need it. They treat it as an ongoing process, not a last-minute scramble. They understand that their brand isn’t just a reputation they manage during a transition—it’s their long-term asset. The key is consistency, not quantity. You don’t need to spend hours each day creating content or networking, but you do need to integrate brand-building into your regular routine. Like you don’t wait until you’re sick to start exercising. You make small, consistent efforts that compound over time. The reality is, personal branding is a long game. It’s about positioning yourself for the opportunities of the future, not just the problems of the present. Build your brand consistently, and you’ll be prepared for whatever comes next. 🎧 Tune in to the full episode over at https://buff.ly/3xo3XW1 🎧 Book a free strategy call https://buff.ly/3XAR6M8 #PersonalBranding #Leadership #AuthenticityMatters #CareerGrowth #ContentStrategy #DigitalLeadership #ExecutiveBranding

Last weekend, I was invited to be the keynote speaker at a private event at Cave Spring Vineyard. It was an incredible experience, but like many, I still feel those nerves before stepping into the spotlight. Here are 3 things I did to ensure I showed up confidently: 1) Prepared with Purpose: I took the time to ground myself in my message and the value I wanted to share. Knowing my purpose made my presence stronger. 2) Visualized Success: I spent a few minutes envisioning myself connecting with the audience, sharing stories, and seeing their reactions. This mental rehearsal eased my mind and built excitement. 3) Anchored in a Mantra: I repeated, “With each step, I remind myself that confidence comes from within.” This simple affirmation helped me walk into the event with poise and authenticity. Confidence isn’t just about feeling ready; it’s about trusting yourself and showing up with intention. To all the entrepreneurs and business leaders heading to their next big moment: YOU GOT THIS!! And if you lead a team and are looking for a speaker to help your team elevate their mindset, boost their confidence, nurture deeper relationships, or help them amplify their authentic personal brand for more growth and visibility, let’s connect. #growthmindset #confidencetips #niagarasunset

🚀 True Thought Leadership is about distilling your opinions, experience and training into well thought through bodies of work. Showcasing those bodies of work by regularly creating fresh content in social media, newsletters and more can help keep you relevant in your industry. When creating regular content, I encourage my clients to think like retail stores, flow with timely topics, relevant holidays and seasonal concepts to keep your content fresh and relate your bodies of work that are top of mind for people throughout the year. Retail is notorious for capturing people's attention by cultivating sales cycles around holidays and seasons. It's a brilliant strategy and one that thought leaders can use to elevate their careers. P.S. 🚀 After 20+ years of being a Celebrity Branding Strategist and high level business mentor + consultant to celebrities like Academy and Grammy winners, New York Times bestselling authors and global brands like Samsung, Dish Network and Polaris, plus being named a Top Voice on LinkedIn, I've learned a thing or two about how to build a business empire… and a personal brand. I have 3 different Client Journey's that help Professionals, Experts, Entrepreneurs & Entertainers create high-end personal brands Or evolve their business empires... . While also featuring some experts on my TV show to help them expand their personal brand. The best advice I ever ignored: ‘𝘋𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥.’ Here’s why it’s overrated. “Don’t be in your head.” 🙄 Sound familiar? It’s advice that’s all too common—and somehow never quite useful. Because if you’re like me, “don’t think about it” means diving right back into thinking about it! 🧠 So here’s a better approach I’ve picked up through Improv: 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱. There are plenty of other places to be: ✨ 𝗕𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 – Notice your feet on the ground. Or the rhythm of your breath. Or your elbows. Physical focus grounds us, and often, clarity follows. ✨ 𝗕𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 – When metrics and details start drowning you, zoom out. Reconnect to your “why.” Purpose is a powerful compass. ✨ 𝗕𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺’𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 – If you’re overthinking alone, lean into your team. Their insights can snap you out of the mental maze and lead to fresh ideas. ✨ 𝗕𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝘁 – Sometimes, instinct knows best. Trust it when your mind wants to run in circles. These little “reframes” don’t just get us unstuck; they connect us deeper with our mission and our audience. So, next time you catch yourself "in your head", ask: “𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘣𝘦?” Sometimes we just need to go somewhere better for a bit. What’s your go-to “place” when you need to refocus? 👇 --- 👋 Hi! I'm Sarah Mae Abji-Endicott, I write content for impact-driven leaders looking to boost their mission’s reach with creative branding and marketing strategies. --- #SocialImpact #BrandingTips #MindfulLeadership #MarketingWithPurpose #BePresent #Teamwork
