Most people think of their website as a digital business card, but that's a huge mistake. Here's my take 👇 The purpose of a website is to ***turn strangers into qualified leads*** who know, like, and trust you enough to at least submit your forms. In other-words, it's the bridge to your sales process. If it’s not doing that, what’s the point? Here’s exactly how I turned LeadCapture .io into a lead generation machine—all organically, without paid ads (yet), they're going on soon. 1️⃣ Added a Demo Funnel Most sites (especially in B2B) rely on a basic Calendly link for demos, but that's one of the dumbest trends to hit SaaS yet. I took a different approach. Instead, I added a multi-step LeadCapture demo funnel right into my demo page. It’s an 8-step funnel (yes, with phone verification). Some marketers might cringe at the ‘friction,’ but screw it — I think it’s good friction. By verifying phone numbers, I know I’m speaking with serious leads, not just tire kickers. 2️⃣ Optimized the Pricing Page Instead of just linking to the demo, I added a lead capture form to my pricing page. I started with a simple question, then followed up with seven more. It might seem lengthy, but this approach pre-qualifies leads and saves me time on calls that won’t convert. 3️⃣ Optimizing for Site-Wide Lead Capture Beyond the demo and pricing pages, I placed a lead capture funnel across other high-traffic areas of my site. To make it engaging, I used onsite messaging to invite visitors to a free strategy call. The Result? My calendar has filled up with qualified leads from SEO, referrals, and word of mouth — all by optimizing my lead capture systems. Improve your process around qualifying and collection leads. Then dump traffic into it. That's how you do it.

However, they were facing a challenge: a website full of traffic but not enough conversions. Over 50% of their traffic was non-buyers in the form of support-seekers or existing customers. On top of this, they had the challenge of distinguishing between smaller businesses who are transactional, and enterprise customers who need more sales assistance. Spotting the difference between buyers and non-buyers is notoriously difficult to understand, let alone whether they’re a self-serve or enterprise buyer. Companies rely on tactics like putting pop-ups and online chat on their pricing page, however with Lift AI, we know that over 88% of buyers don’t even go to your pricing page - and the same was true for RealVNC. In fact, only 9.7% of RealVNC high intent visitors go to the pricing page. And only 5.7% of visitors on the pricing page have high intent. RealVNC was using HubSpot Chat and Lead Scoring to narrow down their prospects, but they were still missing a lot of conversions. That’s where Lift AI came in. Powered by real-time behavioral intent data on the website, RealVNC was able to flip their targeting strategy to lead with intent. They did this by integrating Lift AI scores into their HubSpot stack, where they could pinpoint EXACTLY which visitors had the highest buyer intent and engage them at the right time - either while the visitor is on the website or within minutes of them leaving. The results in the first 60 days: ✅ 71% increase in individual customer conversions via HubSpot Chat ✅ 2.16x boost in sales efficiency when Lift AI scores added to HubSpot Lead Scoring ✅ 39% increase in response from sales outreach to Accounts in HubSpot with a high Lift AI score These kinds of results are unheard of in today’s climate of chasing 1-2% gains through web optimizations. RealVNC didn't just improve their website performance– they transformed their sales strategy, making every conversation more targeted and impactful while increasing revenue, pipeline, and sales team efficiency.
