If you missed the bikini challenge over the summer and are struggling to maintain health-promoting habits, we have a simple and effective solution 🎯 Top Polish trainer Anna Lewandowska encourages starting a well-being journey this autumn with the Lipton Green Tea campaign #2kubkidziennie #2CupsToGoodness. It’s been proven that two cups of green tea contain more flavonoids than 5 kg of 🥦 —though no one is likely to consume that much broccoli for health benefits! Specialists from the LIPTON Teas and Infusions impressed us at the campaign’s launch event for media and influencers. The event hosted by Bartek Jędrzejak, featured Katarzyna Zawodzińska - Marketing Director at Lipton, Sebastian Pitucha - Lipton R&D Market Lead EE, Lipton Teabarista Julian Karewicz and clinical nutritionist Dr Wanda Baltaza. We are proponents of the small-steps approach and have chosen green tea for its convenience, leaving the broccoli for dinner. We want to thank all for joining.
