Students evaluation is not just the evaluation of students' learning, but in fact it is the reflection of a teacher how successfully he has delivered the lesson. Thus, it is a mirror of one's teaching skills.

To be a lifelong learner, one of the strategies I use when teaching is to see myself more as a student than a teacher. This has broken the fourth wall in most of my classes allowing students to take charge of their own learning by seeing themselves as part of the pedagogical process.
