Attention recruiters in Pakistan, as a job seeker, I urge you to consider the impact of inflation on employee compensation. In the current economic climate, it's crucial for companies to proactively review salaries and implement Cost of Living Adjustments to ensure fairness and retain talent. Transparent communication about adjustments and offering non-monetary benefits are also vital for employee satisfaction. Additionally, I encourage recruiters to prioritize incentives and bonuses tailored to our cultural values and organizational goals, fostering a motivating work environment. Let's navigate these challenges together with empathy and strategic planning to build resilient teams ready for success in Pakistan's evolving job market. #JobSeekers #Inflation #CompensationReview #RecruitmentChallenges #PakistanJobs #accountantjobs #accountingandfinance #jobs #financejobs

Are Contract Recruitments Hurting Pakistan's Workforce? #PakistanJobs #FutureOfWork #TalentAcquisition While outsourcing can be beneficial, relying solely on third-party contracts for new recruits in Pakistan can have negative consequences. Here's why it can disadvantage these young employees: Limited Growth & Training: Contract roles often lack structured training programs hindering career development. (#Upskilling #LearningAndDevelopment) Job Insecurity: Constant contract renewals create uncertainty, impacting financial planning and overall well-being. (#JobSecurity #MentalHealth) Lower Benefits & Compensation: Contractual employees typically receive fewer benefits and lower salaries compared to permanent hires. (#EmployeeBenefits #FairCompensation) Lack of Company Culture Integration: Limited interaction with permanent staff hinders cultural understanding and team spirit. (#CompanyCulture #EmployeeEngagement) Demotivated Workforce: Feeling undervalued as a "disposable" resource can lead to lower productivity and morale. (#EmployeeMotivation #WorkforceManagement) Let's prioritize building a strong domestic talent pool by investing in permanent hires and fostering a culture of growth! #Pakistan #HumanResources #WorkforceStrategy

To the Pakistani companies and HR professionals: it’s time to elevate your hiring standards. Offering a managerial position requiring 5+ years of experience and a Master’s degree with a salary of 120,000 PKR is simply not competitive. Align salaries with the economic landscape of Pakistan and the capabilities of your candidates. Instead of token benefits like tea, PF, and medical insurance, focus on fair compensation. Base your decisions on merit, not on factors like caste, color, creed, gender, or age. Furthermore, it’s essential to recognize that a 25-year-old can effectively manage a team of individuals older than themselves, given the right skills and capabilities. Age should never be a barrier to talent and leadership potential. Remember, skills transcend age. Let’s think twice before undervaluing talent. #hr #pakistan #pakistanicompanies #job #jobopportunity Abeer Azhar - CHRP Mohsin Jamal

In recent years, Pakistan has witnessed an alarming increase in brain drain, with talented professionals seeking opportunities abroad due to the lack of adequate career prospects, financial stability, and growth opportunities at home. The government's failure to address key concerns—ranging from inflation, economic instability, and job security—has only exacerbated the issue, leaving private companies in Pakistan to bear the brunt of this talent exodus. While the private sector still offers a wide array of promising vacancies, there is a growing challenge in finding the right resources. Many organizations are actively recruiting for positions in finance, technology and more, but they often struggle to find skilled professionals. There is no shortage of job opportunities in Pakistan, yet the gap between demand and supply of quality human capital is widening. The private sector is feeling the strain. With the top talent leaving, businesses are left scrambling to fill critical positions. This talent shortage not only affects operational efficiency but also stifles innovation and growth. Many organizations now face the paradox of having vacancies but not the right resources to fill them, which leads to project delays and lost business opportunities. In conclusion, while the challenges are undeniable, the private sector holds the key to retaining Pakistan's talent. By taking proactive steps and valuing their employees, companies can ensure that Pakistan’s best and brightest continue to contribute to the growth and development of the country.#BrainDrain #HRRecommendations #PrivateSector #TalentRetention #PakistanJobs #CareerGrowth #EmployeeEngagement

The HR Experience: A Tale of Two Worlds I've noticed a difference between the HR community in Pakistan and those around the world. In my experience, many HR professionals in Pakistan often don't respond to DMs or provide hiring status updates, while HR professionals elsewhere tend to be more responsive. Maybe the HR folks in Pakistan are just super busy juggling tasks, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly. Who knows, maybe they’re even saving the world in their spare time! On a serious note, communication is crucial in the hiring process, and candidates deserve to feel acknowledged and informed. Hopefully, we'll see more candidate-friendly practices in Pakistan, leading to a more engaging recruitment experience for all. #HR #Recruitment #CandidateExperience #PakistanHR #ProfessionalDevelopment

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻'𝘀 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 🇵🇰 Pakistan's IT sector offers a compelling value proposition: skilled developers and competitive rates. However, whispers of unethical practices raise concerns for both clients and the industry's long-term health. Here's what we need to discuss: 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁: Inflated project costs that don't reflect the actual effort erode client trust. This "trust premium" ultimately hurts the reputation of legitimate businesses. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: Underpaying developers leads to high turnover and a demotivated workforce. Weekend work becomes the norm, leading to burnout and hindering long-term commitment. 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀: When talent is undervalued, long-term growth suffers. Sustainable success hinges on investing in people and fostering a healthy work-life balance. This isn't just about protecting client wallets. It's about nurturing Pakistan's incredible IT potential. Let's advocate for: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴: Clear proposals and communication build trust and ensure fair compensation for everyone involved. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Competitive salaries and valuing employee well-being attract and retain top talent. 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Delivering exceptional work, not just meeting minimum requirements, will set Pakistan apart. The IT sector is a cornerstone of Pakistan's economic future. Let's build it on a foundation of ethical practices and mutual respect. #PakistanIT #SoftwareDevelopment #TransparencyMatters
