Personal Milestone! We moved into our current home 3.5 years ago - we loved the location and our lot, but we didn’t quite love the layout of the house. And I always knew intuitively that we would renovate the entire house. It was just a matter of timing and resources. Well - today we closed on the construction loan for our house renovation. My husband and I are both business owners (he’s a painting contractor) and I’m so proud of us for starting our businesses from the ground up and being able to have employees and make investments and have the resources to embark on this large project.
