Where the heck are the women in tech? In the coming years, the tech gap will widen to millions of jobs, with way more jobs than talent to fill them. Gender parity would solve the problem overnight. In this IMD webinar this week, I shared recent studies on where we are with #womenintech, how to attract our girls into this amazing field, and how I use unconscious bias to my advantage.

In the tech industry, women are underrepresented in both technical and leadership roles. To better understand the underlying factors contributing to this disparity in Southeast Asia, we’ve identified four moments of truth shaping a woman’s career in technology. Each stage presents unique challenges for women, and by understanding these issues and gaps, companies, industry associations, and governments will be in a stronger position to address the gender disparity in the tech industry.
