Journey of reflection and growth Renewing my ICF Master Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) credentials was not just a checkbox task. ✅Here’s what this three-year process gave me: • More than paperwork: Renewal isn’t just a formality. It’s like reappearing for an exam, reaffirming your skills and dedication. • External validation: You don’t just claim the title of ‘coach’—you earn it. The ICF evaluates you through a certified, rigorous process. • Pride in the ICF (International Coaching Federation )brand: Holding this credential means carrying the pride of a globally recognized standard. It’s not a bed of roses; it’s earned through commitment and excellence. • Deeper connections: Every interaction during this journey deepened my ability to empathize and guide. The renewal gave me a fresh perspective, making every conversation more meaningful. • Gratitude for growth: This credential isn’t just a title. It’s an opportunity that changed who I am—a gateway to people’s raw emotions, which has been transformational. Coaching is not for everyone, and being an ICF-certified coach means you’ve passed through the fire to ensure your value as a professional. If you're working on renewing your credentials or starting your journey, here’s my take aways: • Embrace every conversation as a lesson. • Reflect on the stories you hear—they will shape your path. • Know that being a coach is not just a role; it’s a responsibility evaluated by the highest standards. ------------------------------------------------------------------ P.S.
