Drafting guidelines in plain language and conducting regular, interactive #training sessions ensures your team not only understands the policies but can also apply them confidently. ⚙️ Governance That Keeps Pace The AI landscape evolves at lightning speed, and your #AIgovernance structure needs to be set up . A thought on the future of organizational values in the AI era: Every organization today - from tech startups to government agencies - is asking the same question: "How can we leverage AI to benefit our customers and society while maintaining competitive differentiation?" A useful read on the state of AI adoption. But how should business prepare for AI, if not a leader or fast following adopter? Be ready to disrupt, or be disrupted? “We’re solving problems that weren’t solvable before,” he adds. Not all organizations, however, are able to use AI to that degree at this time, Watal and other experts say. Many organizations don’t have the required data infrastructure, skilled technologists, or AI-ready culture to envision, develop, and adopt AI in ways that disrupt the status quo. As a result, Watal says “a lot of what we’re seeing is still incremental in nature. But we’ll see more transformation in the future as we get AI governance right.”
