Defining business rules for offer generation, automating approval workflows, and ensuring that offer templates are tailored to specific job requisitions and compensation packages. Experience with configuring other Talent Acquisition functionalities like candidate status, requisition templates, and integration with background check providers is also essential. Strong knowledge of Workday’s Talent Acquisition module and its configuration options Key Responsibilities: Workday Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday modules. Design, implement, and maintain Workday business processes across Benefits. Role: Workday HCM Location: Remote Contract Job Description: · Would be a supplemental resource in the Workday HCM space, working on a variety of projects and configuration elements as needed/prioritized by leaders; in some instances, would need to develop an understanding of the business outcomes required to develop/recommend a technical solution within Workday. · Configuration would be in support of the overall organizational transformation – to include items such as business sector hierarchy design/setup, termination process/severance config, custom fields/org creation and solution design, security set up, business process design/config, etc. · Skills/Qualifications needed · 5+ years Workday HCM advanced config experience (not just Tier 1 support experience) · Knowledgeable in creation of advanced calc fields, condition rules, BP definitions, BP and domain security (does not need to be an expert here, but needs a strong baseline level of knowledge), custom fields & orgs, org hierarchy creation, & custom reports. · Demonstrated skills in application delivery, relationship management, delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration. · Experience working in a complex, global organization. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions. · Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance. · Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
