What if the secret to business success lies in transforming design into a powerful catalyst for change? Design leadership = Business impact. Visual appeal = Important, but not enough. It's not the design we want. It's the transformation it brings to businesses. Yet... We all know the cliche, "A picture is worth a thousand words." Despite the need for business impact, many let visual appeal cloud their judgment. The new ideal goal is to be change-makers. How do you achieve this? I got obsessed with this idea as I began collaborating with cross-functional teams. I’ve spent years getting to know design leaders, and studying those who created lasting business impact.
