Easter is behind us and it's time to get after it, are you doing these 3 things to maximise sales performance? 🤷♂️
1. Cutting away dead wood - Client prospects are nice but if they're not turning into material sales, it's time to refresh the list or maybe look into why this keeps happening.
2. Following Up - Consistency and dedication are huge in sales, you can have your bad days, but it's how you pick yourself back up that matters. Follow up on clients requires consistency but also creativity, why are you following up, what's changed, were you waiting on a senior decision maker during the long weekend etc.
3. Revisiting the 3 month ageing pipeline - 3 months is an example here but if it's someone that asked you to call back after Easter, or at a later date, then now is that perfect time.
Hit the ground running after this reset, get after your goals and smash those targets!
