I love this so much. When you focus on building those around you up and bringing them with you to the finish line, the reward is amazing. As a woman in leadership, I am passionate about building up those around me, but in particular the women around me. Too often we women can be each other’s worse enemy, though we prefer not to admit it. I’m just keeping it real, ladies.
