One of the first initiatives UCG took upon taking over the operations of Frank And Oak was to migrate our commerce platform to Shopify. Since migrating our digital stack in 2021, we have experienced firsthand the impact and runway Shopify gives our digital-focused teams. These learnings led us to make the decision to extend the same upside to all our physical stores earlier this year, and we couldn't be happier about it. I recently spoke to a multi-country Shopify/Shopify Plus merchant who expressed frustration with Shopify's fulfillment limitations. They expressed a viewpoint that I've heard before many times before: Shopify POS simulates a retail operation, but it bears serious restrictions.
